S3 International was established in 2014 as a wholly owned subsidiary of S³ Inc. to complement and expand it’s services overseas. 

At S3 International, we are dedicated to strengthening global defense capabilities by providing tailored support to the Department of Defense, U.S. Military Services, and various U.S. security agencies. Our mission centers around enhancing Partner Nation defense and deterrence capabilities against terrorism and external threats. With a focus on U.S.-approved products and services, we ensure our support aligns with export licensing, ITAR regulations, and the policies of U.S. Security Assistance organizations.

Founded on the principles of integrity and excellence, S3 International specializes in structured Foreign Military Sales, International Military Education and Training (IMET) Programs, Peacekeeping. Over the past years, we have trained more than 6,000 aircrew members from over 35 Partner Nations, logging over 500,000 instructional flight hours across a range of advanced military aircraft and simulators.

Our seasoned Program Managers leverage extensive expeditionary experience and battle-tested management processes to ensure the rapid deployment of exceptional aviation training and support teams worldwide. Whether providing CONUS-based training or OCONUS follow-up support, we are committed to delivering comprehensive training packages tailored to meet the unique needs of our Partner Nations.

Central to our operations is Team GDC ME, which collaborates with S3 Arabia—a foreign entity of S3 International—to deliver advanced rotary wing aviation support to the Saudi Arabian Ministry of National Guard. With over 300 professionals, including U.S. and Saudi Arabian pilots and trainers, we are proud to contribute to the success of major military installations in Riyadh, aligning our efforts with Vision 2030 and upholding our values of trust, professionalism, and “Excellence to Emulate.”
